Mags started her coaching journey as a young first line manager. She was not a natural coach and struggled with the concept of asking questions for others to gain deeper understanding.
However over the years she has grown to love the growth, development and transformation she observes through the coaching journey.

Using her experience in various business environments, from corporate though medium, SME and now in her own company.

AUTHENTICITY
20+ yrs in Sales & Management
Mags Started her sales career at a young age and became a sale manager at the age of 26. However in her own words, ‘at that time in my life I didn’t understand what leadership and management were all about, I… my ego… just wanted the badge.’ She left sales management and went back to a sales role and after 7yrs winning top sales awards, she moved up the corporate ladder once more.
In 2005 she started her own business and then 2½yrs later moved halfway round the world and started her own coaching and mentoring business in a new country.
Throughout her career she has spoken all around the world from small rooms to large conference centres.
